“After sauna I was rushed straight into the steam room, I had to ask for a shower to cool off first. After the scrub I got a small cup of tea. When I asked for more water, they acted surprised and brought me another 1 dcl of water from somewhere upstairs. The face mask was a joke. The lady half smeared clay on my face and then I was rushed to the massage room and asked to wash it off before it even had a chance to dry. The massage was very good, but unfortunately it did not pass without telling me about all the problems I have and which…”
